When the sodium chloride dissolves into the pineapple it will break apart into sodium and chloride ions.
The sodium ion will then react with the malic and citric acids present in the pineapple to form neutral sodium salts.
Acids normally have a tart or sour taste but when they are converted into neutral compounds they lose this sourness, and so the pineapple tastes sweeter.
It’s late but it was the time when we used to talk, talk about everything and anything. I miss that talk. I remember when you make me smile when you said something and even make me laugh. Yeah laugh, like a retarded. I don’t know but it’s amazing how we can’t get out of the topics that we have to talk. And we even get so much topics to talk to. We often forget what time is it as we even stay late as passed midnight. And we don’t mind even if there’s an early class tomorrow. As usual, I always forget to study our lessons for our quiz but you still do. You’re brilliant. And when we’re inside the classroom, I always see us laughing that we also did when everyone is quiet. I wish I haven’t done it. I wish I didn’t lose the game, the game of love. I know the rules but I still lost. I miss you so much. I miss you my bestfriend.
